BNO welcomes Abey Abraham as Senior Vice President of Operations. Abey brings over twenty years of agency leadership experience, having led teams at Burson-Marsteller, CBS College Sports Network, and Digitas Health prior to joining BNO.
Abey brings a diverse skill set to the role, beginning his career in design production management and adding user experience design, digital production, project management and agency operations in the ensuing years.
His most recent agency position, leading a 50-member project management team at Digitas Health in Philadelphia, included US and global delivery responsibility for several multibillion-dollar healthcare brands including Mylan, Shire, Gilead, and AbbVie, overseeing tactics including digital, print, broadcast, and analytics. During his career at Burson-Marsteller, Abey ran a design studio creating PR campaigns for well-known brands including Accenture, Merck, McDonald’s, Old Navy, Pfizer and the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
In addition to his operational resume, Abey adds expertise to the agency’s fast-growing customer experience design practice. Abey spent the last two years leading Customer Experience Design at Barclaycard US in Wilmington, DE, working on both internal and partner brand teams (Apple and American Airlines) to improve and reimagine customer and colleague experiences.
“Abey joining us is beyond exciting,” said BNO President Trista Walker. “We are adding much more than an operational leader to the team. We are also deepening and sharpening our CX chops with Abey’s hiring.” Abraham and Walker previously worked together at Compass Healthcare Marketers, where they managed the agency through a period of significant growth.
Based in the agency’s Somerville, NJ office, Abey will lead the agency operations, production, and project management teams at BNO. Abey resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife, three children, and new puppy.
