As the world’s largest non-profit credentialing service, World Education Services (WES) maintained a feature-rich site with content amassed over two decades. The website’s size and complexity contributed to a decline in usability and content organization over time. BNO worked with World Education Services (WES) to evolve their 25 year-old website into one that is modern, engaging, and responsive–providing a world-class user experience to institutions and students.

BNO transformed WES.org, providing user experience design, visual design, development, and international usability testing services with students and institutions.  Built on the WordPress CRM framework to enable ease of maintenance for the WES team, the website also seamlessly integrates with backend credentialing web services built and maintained by WES. BNO also provided an interactive digital style guide to facilitate the design of future web services.
